• Information you share (survey answers, call notes, email exchanges) is used only to understand problems and build better products.
• Research data is held internally. We never sell or share it with third parties.
• You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing kishan@cbblabs.com.

• Email address and name — when you contact us or reply to outreach.
• Survey responses and interview notes — research participants only.
• Website usage data — standard analytics like pages visited and time on site.
• We do not collect sensitive personal data or payment information at this stage.

• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party.

• Access — request to see what we hold about you.
• Deletion — email kishan@cbblabs.com with the subject "Delete my data".
• Opt out — reply "unsubscribe" to any research email to stop hearing from us.

• Your data is stored securely with access limited to the CBB Labs team.
• Research notes are held in private internal systems.
• We don't use any third-party CRM or marketing platform at this stage.
