One answer is not enough

Ask one AI and you get one confident answer. We built AI Panel because, when a decision matters, one answer is not enough. It is live at panel.trycbblabs.com in free beta.

You have a decision to make. Or a big question. Or something in today's news that you want to think through. You can type it into a chat and get an answer. But that gives you one view, from one model, with no other voice in the room.

We wanted to see the disagreement. Not just the answer at the end, but the pushback on the way there. Where does another model object? What do they agree on? What is still missing once everyone has had a turn?

So we put three models around a table. A cat, an owl and a dog. The site calls it Animal Intelligence: watch animals debate human problems. Kishan built AI Panel at CBB Labs in October 2026. The first version was October 14.

First, give them something to work with

You type or say your question, along with your real context. That context belongs in the debate. The decision is yours, so the panel needs more than a topic to talk about.

The cat runs GPT-6.1 Sol. The owl runs Claude Opus 5.5. The dog runs Gemini 4 Argon. Before round one, they read the web. They start with live research and shared, numbered sources. Three models, with the same source list in front of them.

That research is not just an opening step. During a spoken debate, they can fact-check each other with a live web search. We wanted disagreement you could watch unfold, with sources in the room, not just three separate answers placed next to each other.

Then let them push back

Chat mode runs for three rounds in writing, in about a minute. Speak mode takes about three minutes, out loud, around a round table. The openings riff on a famous film or TV line. Then they get into it.

They interrupt. They push back. They cut each other off and say "let me finish". They also agree. Each panelist has a heat slider. Calm listens and concedes. Hot jabs and cuts in more. You set the heat for each one, not just the whole room.

Eight more AIs from other labs sit on the benches as a crowd. Their reactions are short, one to five words. Every crowd line goes through a safety check before it reaches the debate.

But the panel is not the only place the models have argued. The design of AI Panel itself was written by the three models debating each other. Each model produced design docs for two rounds, then those went into a merged spec. The debate was part of making the thing, too.

You get a seat, not just a replay

Jump in with your voice at any time. Every voice stops. They hear your point, and the panelist you cut off answers you. You do not have to wait for the table to finish before adding something it needs to know.

AssemblyAI powers the spoken voices and transcribes your voice answers. Every model runs on a zero-data-retention provider.

At the end, the verdict lays out where they agree, where they don't, and what is missing. It also puts a few questions back to you. Answer those and keep the debate going, for as many rounds as you like.

What a debate looks like

Start with a decision and tell the panel your real context. The cat, owl and dog research the web before the first round, with shared numbered sources. In chat, you follow three written rounds. In speak mode, you hear them around the table, pushing back, agreeing and checking facts. The crowd throws in short heckles. If you have a point to add, speak. Everyone stops, and the panelist you interrupted answers you. Then the verdict brings the agreement, the disagreement and the missing pieces together. It asks you a few questions. Your answers can start the next round.

The point is not to erase the disagreement

Every debate gets a share link. Your first seven debates each week need no account. A free account keeps your debates on any device. Paid plans with more panels, better voices and video exports are coming, with a waitlist.

We started with a simple need. One confident answer is not enough when a decision matters. AI Panel gives that question a table, three voices and room for you to push back.

The verdict does not hide the disagreement. It brings it back to you, along with what is missing and what to ask next. That is the point.
